Answer: No, it is not allowed to take a dog or other animals into the garden.

Question: Can you buy in the ZOO-Shop without paying for the entrance fee to the garden?
Answer: Yes! You can buy teddy bears, toys etc. in our ZOO-Shop without paying for the entrance fee. The ZOO-Shop lies in connection with the entrance to the ZOO.

Question: Are there changing facilities and handicap toilettes in the ZOO?
Answer: Yes! There are toilettes and changing facilities in the ZOO-Shop which lies in connection with the entrance. There are also ordinary toilettes in the garden.

Question: Can you sit inside and eat, if the weather is bad?
Answer: Yes! You can use The Orangeri or “the creative workshop” in the garden when you want to eat your lunch (however we have to make reservations for having to close the nature workshop because of quarantine of animals, events etc.).
